Gym members are able to burn between 500-1,000 calories during a 60-minute Orangetheory session which utilizes treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training blocks.
During your session, you will be fitted with a heart rate monitor which displays your data in real time on a video monitor to let your trainer know how productive your workout is – plus it helps to keep you accountable in the workout. Our sessions have been designed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone that stimulates your metabolism and increases your energy. This results in the Orange Effect, or additional energy and extra calories burned for up to 36 hours after your workout ends!
